    These self-tapping screws are specially designed for pocket-screw joinery. A self-tapping auger point eliminates pre-drilling and a flat head seats flush in the bottom. The square drive eliminates cam-out. Maxi-Loc™ is the standard screw for pocket-screw joinery in softer materials such as pine, plywood, particle board, MDF and melamine. Larger diameter threads provide maximum holding power while the washer head seats flush in the bottom of the pocket, eliminating any chance of pull through.
