AMPIRE smartphone interface with Carplay / Android Auto, USB + camera inputs for Mercedes NTG4.5/4.7
Plug&Play smartphone interface with full integration into the multimedia system of your car. The image is displayed on the factory monitor and the audio is played back via the Audio-AUX input. Of course, the interface is suitable for Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, making it a smarter and safer way to use the smartphone in your car.
Everything is operated via the vehicle's own buttons and control systems. In Apple CarPlay® mode, you can also use Siri voice control via the microphone supplied. Android users can use the Mirrorlink function (mirroring the smartphone display).
All you want to do while driving with your smartphone can be done with Apple CarPlay® and Android directly from the car display. You can easily get directions, make calls, send and receive messages or listen to music - and still concentrate on the road. Just connect your smartphone to our system and off you go.
All Features at a glance
Navigation with Google Maps, Waze, etc.
With Google Maps, Waze Maps or other map applications on your vehicle display, you can easily navigate to your destination.
Music Playback
You can play any music app on your smartphone. The playback of e.g. for Spotify, Apple Music, Google Music, Web Radios or Amazon Music can then be conveniently controlled with the buttons or the touchscreen in the vehicle.
Voice recognition with Apple Carplay
The supplied microphone allows you to use the Siri for iPhone voice control. This means you can keep your eyes on the road at all times and drive more safely.
Full OEM key/touchpad support
The AMPIRE interface is fully integrated into the vehicle system and is operated via the touch screen or radio buttons. In vehicles with rotary knobs or steering wheel remote control, you can also use these control options.
Front and rear view camera
For manoeuvring and parking assistance, the interface offers connections for both a front camera and a rear-view camera (composite video). For both cameras there are also 12V outputs for power supply. Supported are also: - Rear view warning (PDC) - Dynamic distance linies - 360° Camera systems
